ATL WOW Awards

ATL WOW is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport's (ATL) customer service awards program. The ATL WOW Awards is the annual event celebrating nominees and winners.

ATL partnered with TSA, CBP, Police, Fire-Rescue, concessions, airlines and contractors to include as many airport employees in the celebration. Marketing the program and the event was challenging to such a broad diverse audience. To market the event without a central online presence to contact them, we had to get grassroots. We posted floor stands in Airport areas employees frequented, sent flyers through the stakeholder email list, and attended general meetings to inform their leadership.

For the event, I created the stage décor, the program/menu, the on-screen PowerPoint, edited videos, wayfinding signage, and table signs. Additionally, I directed the onsite production, orchestrating video cameras, sound, and stage manager. I also produced the awards, general gifts, and collateral.
